Enrollment

To enroll into our Early Intervention Program, Homeschooling Program, Vocational Program:

• Assessment is required before enrollment, please contact us to schedule for assessment for your child.

• Documents required for enrollment:

• A passport size photo of the child

• A passport size photo of both parents or guardian

• A passport size photo of 3 emergency contact persons

• A copy and original copy of the Child's Birth Cert

• A copy and original copy of the parents or guardian's IC or passport

• Child Immunization Records

• Psychologist Report on child's condition (if any)

• Formal Diagnosis Report (if any)

• Report from former school (if any)​

To enroll into our Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy:

• Initial Assessment is required before enrollment, please contact us to schedule for assessment for your child.

To enroll into our Enrichment Program, such as Yoga Class, Art class and Music Class:

• Kindly call in to check the slot availability.
